  • I reserved a full size car and when I went to pick it up it wasn't there. They brought one in from another location. I drove it a day and took it to another location closer to my house to trade out. They didn't have a full size car. After a few calls this location said they would put me into an Avalon. Went back, picked up and loved it. It was actually a premium car level but I got it at full size car price. They took care of me and it was a great rental.
