Had a horrible experience this year. I understand the VIP wristband and I believe it could be a great money making opportunity if used correctly. I think you need a training to your volunteers-staff. We purchased regular ride tickets all together we had 13 in our group. We went to ride the ride one of the rides I don't know the name but it goes in a circle with two to a seat. There was a regular admission line that was packed of course and then a VIP line. What bothered me is they kept allowing the vip people to ride over and over while we had to stay in the cold for longer periods of time. I literally watched the VIp kids get off and run back around. I walked to the front and asked the girl her name was Karina what was going on and she said " well there VIP". I continued to express that this could not be the correct way to handle it and while we were talking the tall white volunteer guy just kept allowing them to go. He said "Ya should have bought the VIP band."
I said "this is absolutely ridiculous" There were so many people in the regular line standing freezing. Finally someone complained while I was still arguing this was wrong and Alex came over and put a stop to it . I can not believe at a place of opportunity normal class people are treated as low class. Thank you to Alex. But we wont be back
