  • This is one of the worst customer experiences I have received in a very long time, possibly ever! They are completely disorganized and trying to get a piece of equipment ordered and delivered was a nightmare. I have had to call 7 times in the last week and even though I have been scheduled for delivery twice, I still don't have the equipment. They never call you back as promised and they charged my CC without my knowledge or consent. Their representatives are not helpful and they are clueless as to what their own process and procedures are. I had to use them because of my insurance however, if you can avoid using this company it's definitely in your best interest. Absolutely terrible!
