  • So, I have gotten a checkup and two crowns done since my initial review and can honestly say I love Gateway Smiles more than ever! While this is my first time using the "crown while you wait" method, it is not my first experience getting a crown and the difference is phenomenal. No gooey mess, no temporary crown and no follow up visit for final fitting. Just one easy visit, a little grinding, a few clicks of a camera and a short wait and you are out the door with a perfectly fitted crown. Magic. As per usual the staff was fantastic from the second I walked in the door until the moment I left. The front desk may be the best staffed and friendliest I have ever encountered. I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes on any of my last three visits. I would like to call out the following three people: Dr. William D. Elza: This guy is awesome and works fast. You can tell this is not because he is in a rush but rather because he SERIOUSLY knows what he is doing. Ask him about his pineapple plants! Dental Assistant Kelli Jiminez: Ever been to a dentist were the assistant thinks they are working on a car or something? Kelli is careful and precise and gets the job done without any unnecessary roughness or clacking of instruments against your teeth. Super friendly and attentive Hygienist Kristina Radovic: Besides the fact that my kids love her, Kristina has earned a place in my heart. Kristina truly takes her time during cleanings and does a thorough and excellent job. Ever work with someone who's pride in what they do clearly shines through? Kristina is without a doubt one of those people. Gateway Smiles really does understand that there is a person connected to the teeth they see and they honestly do care about both. I look forward to my next visit.
