  • Alan with the driver for Apache sands towing that picked me up this afternoon when My truck had another flat..two flats in one day ! Thank God 20016 is almost over! It was a real hard year .. Alan was polite courteous , he wanted to do everything for me so I wasn't under any type of stress... he was enjoyable to talk to ..professional .. and most impressive he shifted the gears better than any truck driver I've ever Seen! I'm at old truck driver myself , & he was much better than me!! He made it easy for me to explain why I was so stressed out and worried .. my mom needs me she can't be alone right now I said , I was rushing back to her house to help her, is she was very frail & in much pain Still grieving over her last love .. Alan listened patiently & offered to pray for my mom ..! had my service dog , Max with me too.. (Max was so sad and scared , ) for the 2nd time today... Max was in the pick up & as the Engine revved , pulling its chains tightly against the gravity of weight , you could see Max looking out the window, so perplexed and miserable staring at me , waving ..he thought ..goodbye? At that time Alan smiled understanding our special bond... he took the time to introduce himself to Max... wow, I thought .. he is so great at what he does!! & both Max and I certainly appreciated his kindness and understanding towards us ! It had been a tough day !! thank you Alan for everything !! you're a great driver and a great person too!!
