Awful customer service. There current cancellation policy states if you as a client do not call at least 24 hours in advance they will charge you a $50 fee. Well what is the policy for them as a business canceling on the customer twice?! The first time they cancelled my appointment I was ok and went with the time they suggested. Well then I arrive at my rescheduled time and am told they dont have time to see me for a service? !?! Really!?!?!?! So where is my $100 for cancellations?
