  • My realtor suggested Titan for my leaky roof. The assessment was quick. The work was finished. It was explained what was done. The charge as suggested, $1100. The next rain storm, my roof leaked much worse. Another company called in. They showed me that Titan had basically done nothing. The work was shoddy. The problem was not solved, not close. The new charge 250.00. I no longer have a leaky roof. Prior, Titan was called to look at another potential problem At the time, I had no idea they had screwed me on the first job. This time the estimate was 600.00. We called another company for a second opinion. He told me that not only was there not a problem but also that my roof was as well put together as any he had seen. Titan apparently creates problems where none exist and do not fix the ones they are called for. As a bonus, they charge more than any other. DO NOT USE, EVER!!!
