  • This is about their STARBUCKS since I can't find a listing for just it. The older barista with auburn hair needs a write up or to be fired. I ordered one of their new fraps, the mango pineapple. She flat out called it disgusting TWICE. I left because who does that!? I then called customer service and they had me talk to the equally rude manager, Wendy. She just said she'd talk to her and sounded like she didn't care at all. She was there! She heard what her employee was saying! My roommate then went in to customer service to complain, only to be told that the manager said we had asked the baristas opinion. No, we did not. Going to go in tonight since my roommate was essentially dismissed by the other man too. Don't go here! There are plenty of BETTER options nearby.
