Tsk, Tsk, Tsk. 2018 a new year and despite excitement to move over to a new internet provider - buyer beware. I've never been so disappointed over an 8 week process. Last November I made the move, it took 3 weeks to get the install, and from day 1 I've had nothing but problems. Check your neighbors, neighborhood. Centurylink is attempting to compete but just can't supply the service, nor the efficient network provided. I've had 7 (count them 7) service visits, and every day since installation I've had to reset my modem to get medioccher internet service. Cox at worst provided more (at a higher cost of course). I'm so sad, disappointed and can only say (through no fault of the many many reps and service techs who came by...) Beware. I'm proceeding to have it all pulled out this month.
