  • The only thing good about this place is the location, but still skip it. its old, dirty and you will never get your security deposit back. the office staff is HORRIBLE they dont care if you get towed or if your a/c breaks in july. but worst of all is their illegal leasing practices. I'm on a month to month with a 30 day notice to vacate according to my original lease. then with no written notice they changed it to 60 days notice (LOL its a 30 DAY m2m lease, idiots) and are telling me i have to pay for an extra month. i told them to shove it. AZ rental statute states 30 days is all they can require, and my lawyer agrees. SERIOUSLY stay away from this money trap. and hey office staff, especially you madonna and the pregnant bitchy one, um a job in the customer service industry is NOT for you.
