Bought a 2012 Sonata here a year ago. The price was very competitive with other dealers in the area.mat he same time I sold my old car (also a Hyundai)to my son in law and we bought an extended warranty on the car he bought. So far so good. Now one year later I have never received any communication from these guys until a week ago when I got a letter congratulating me on my one year anniversary. I left my salesman a message that I would like to get on the mailing list for special offers on service etc. no return phone call. At the same time my son in law took his car in for service that should have been covered by the extended warranty. He received nothing but attitude from the service advisor. Needless to say I will probably not return to Mayberry for either another car or future service needs.
