| - Rehab are the originators of the Vegas pool party. Fifteen years later and they certainly still have an enjoyable party, but it's nothing above and beyond what several other venues offer. The music could be more varied and modern or it would be even better if they featured more singers/artists that can attract a better crowd.
I would say Rehab is slightly more affordable than other dayclubs as far as walking up to the bar and getting a drink goes, but bottle service prices are comparable, if not more expensive, to Strip locations. If being on the Strip is important, I would recommend basically any other option as any savings will be negligible and it's a few blocks away from the Strip. While it's technically walkable from some parts of the Strip, it's not a reasonable walk (especially leaving) and transportation is highly recommended.
The venue is generally clean and well maintained, especially for it's age. But it is also rarely full; there is a main "deck/floor" and a smaller upper level but they are very rarely both open to enjoy unless there is the occasional big performer/concert.
I also find the service to be extremely hit or miss. Some of the staff is great- happy, helpful, and personable, but unfortunately more often than not it is apathetic and sometimes almost rude. Once I found debris in the pool and the couple people I informed didn't care in the slightest. On my most recent visit the club was almost two hours late to open. There were dozens of Rehab attendants and employees mulling around doing a great job at looking busy... they had maybe 4-5 VIP tables to check in. I asked a security guard standing around, leaning on a fence, doing absolutely nothing, what was going on he didn't even look at me; he just mumbled "I don't know, I just do what they tell me"... uhhh, ok dude, thanks for your help. Then I called the hotel and an operator knew what was going on and gave me an appropriate answer as to when it should open. I'm sure that security guard had no clue there was a special event for Richard Branson purchasing the Hard Rock Hotel. I'll be interested to see the direction it goes over the next couple years during it's rebranding. Hopefully they can restore Rehab to its former glory.
