  • This is the worst rental company ever. I testified against Tim in 99 and would love to sue him now but i wont waste my money or time on this asshole. Everything said above is true. The staff is horrble. Mary is just the dumbest person around and Tim is heartless. He loves to rob people. I only live in a home now cause my gf wanted to live here. I knew better but gave in. She now see's the light. Even if it's a good deal stay away!! you will soon regret it. It took me 5 weeks to get my toilet fixed. But they had no problem coming out 8 days after i mowed and gave me a notice to cut my lawn. That notice cost us 20 dollars. my lawn has looked better then it did when we moved in. Nothing is up to code and they dont care. Tim bought most these houses in the 80's and 90's and has not put a dime in them since. There is a reason Bill the maintenance guy quit. Over 200 units and he was the only handy employee. STAY STAY STAY AWAY!!!
