  • This was my second time to the salon the first time I have a less experienced girl who did a great job in all aspects of the root touch up to washing the hair and to even drying my curly hair straight and curling it also I was really happy, This time I went I had a girl who mentioned she was fully qualified and moving to a Diva salon so she just needed to finish her hours and was finishing that day exactly, which put me at ease as far as getting my hair done. the educator was also nice but didn't check in once during the time I was there which i suppose she wasn't worried about as this girl was "Qualified" , firstly she missed a couple of visible spots on my hair line I pointed out which I was fine about but it turns out she missed a lot of my bright roots when I have darker hair, When she was washing my hair I noticed she wasn't really scrubbing especially underneath but I thought maybe she used a lot of shampoo and i kept lift my head while in the basin hoping she would get the drift and she barely washed it which I just thought maybe It was in my head. when she started to dry my hair she asked how I would like it styled I just said straight with a round brush and a curl at the end, she has no idea how to dry hair whatsoever my hair was very frizzy and the crown and underneath of my hair soaking, which I pointed out but she couldn't seem the grasp that the underneath needed more drying, then once she stopped drying the top frizzy part I told her not to worry I would dry it - its not the be all and end all, but the worst part was i ran my hands through my hair and there was dye all still stuck in my hair (which stained my nails and clothes as a result) I was shocked and told her - she just got a towel and dye remover and tried wiping when the educator came over then stopped i was disgusted - i had to go home wash my hair and then saw all my roots just made me burst into tears was not worth the 60 dollars or so i paid (which was more this time for some reason than the last time) I wouldn't even contact them again cause I asked someone who was student there would they send me to a salon instead of back there she said no way and there is not a chance of me going back there so i literally just lost my money and time so nothing, So moral of the story - don't let these guys touch your hair!
