Be very careful when you use this store. I have had several different cars and trucks over the years. From time to time I have needed tires and I have usually went to discount tire to buy tires or even rims and tires. In 2016 I bought a Dodge Ram 2500, and first thing I did is went to discount tire and bought a brand new set of all 4 tires and 4 rims for my brand new truck. I have always been pretty satisfied with discount tire and this time went the same way. I was happy with the new rims and tires and they really made my new truck look nice. About 6 to 8 months went by with no issues. I decided to take my truck in and get the tires rotated as discount tire tells you to do. As soon as I get the truck and start to drive I notice that the light for the tires is on and it is saying the tires do not have enough air pressure and more needed to be added. I had already drove off and had to turn around and go back to this discount tire. When I got back they told me the tires are not the right tires for the truck and they can not fill them up to what the truck wants. I did not know anything about this and this was the first time I ever found out. Of course I was upset when I found out the this discount tire had sold me the wrong tires for my truck. And then on top of that they wanted to charge me to change them out for the correct tires. I can't believe they would rip you off by selling you the wrong tires and then when they say they will correct the issue, they want me to pay for it. I am not the tire expert and I counted on discount tire to make sure I got the right tires for my truck. I just recently had the tires rotated again and had the same hassle with discount tire again that they would not fill the tires and the light would now have to stay on. The manager that came out said they offered to take care of it and that is a lie. The only way they would take care of it, is if I paid for the tires again. Now I have to have the light on and the wrong tires for my truck until these wrong tires go bad and I have to save my money to replace them again. Be carefully who you deal with and maybe have them ask their manager before you buy the wrong tires for your car or truck. I'm sure I am not the only person who they have screwed over.
