Annnnd of course, I'd just be repeating what everyone else is saying here - i have been continuously doing so for more than 3 years and would gladly, whole-heartedly recommend it to my friends.
The salon is on the east side of Yonge street, with a recognizable orange door next to the St.Louis. The place is not big but sufficient, it's also cosy and clean.
Customer service is pretty great. It's the kind of place that would serve up a hot cup of water in the winter and a glass of iced water with cucumber in the summer. Apparently you can order some other drinks now with an iPad but I haven't had experience with that yet.
Karen, our stylist, is always attentive and considerate to our needs and our thoughts on what kinds of cut we want. She carries a nice conversation and would consider our daily routines etc. into what kind of styles she would suggest. And I find that my hair is always still easy to style myself after the next day. Plus, even with the years of experience under her belt, Karen doesn't stop learning and participates in fashion weeks and such. I think that shows dedication to both her clients and her career as a stylist.
All in all, the salon's a friendly and comfortable place. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been yet.
