I won't be the guy to give this place a 4 or 5 star review just because they did a remodel and added some reclining seats. Is it a nice option over the Santa fe or some of the other surrounding theaters? Sure it's ok compared to them but as far as luxury theaters go this place is downright awful! First off the kiosk to buy tickets instead of waiting in line didn't work which was a very unappealing inconvenience. Then you go to the window to purchase tickets and the seats that used to be available ate now gone to the people who were in the line! Next you walk in and think hey ok a nice little bar option to grab a drink that sounds nice. Well my friends it only works if someone is tending to the bar area which they were not. Now you stroll over to the food options and see that they are outrageous and not really all that appealing in the least even for theater standards. The drink machine was a nice touch but again if you don't replace the syrup is hard for a patron to select options on the dang machine what the heck? Then if all that didn't turn you off to a return visit you walk in to sit on filthy chairs which obviously don't get cleaned often and the same with the floors and the seat don't even have a table to set your food on. Make the trip to galaxy is a much nicer venue and the customer service is great this place gets two thumbs way down.
