  • I've never once in my life thought I would say Time Warner is better than something but good job Cox. Internet Service and Customer service is abysmal. You have a sign saying to login your queue when you walk into the store that is smaller than a magazine cutout. It's pretty funny watching how many people wander around the store aimlessly till other people waiting let them know of the sign in before the employees do. The only good experience of this all is that I have more appreciation for other service providers and I guess your blinds block the sun.
