Delicious organic ice cream! Aside from the semi-intriguing gimmick (watch your individual serving of ice cream churn and freeze in a kitchenaid with liquid nitrogen), which is not a legitimate reason to fork over $4.75 and completely derail one's diet, the finished product is actually better than what you will find at many other ice cream parlors. The flavors are intense and the consistency is the perfect amount of creamy without feeling heavy, airy, or icy.
I'm glad I strayed from my usual go-to flavors in favor of the delicious strawberry balsamic ice cream. I also sampled the mint chip, which even though I'm all about healthy and natural, is admittedly a little less fun without the artificial coloring. Speaking of sampling: unfortunately, with made-to-order ice cream you don't get to taste the flavors before deciding. Luckily, the names are pretty straightforward, so just going for it is not too much of a risk. I also enjoyed cute decor with the painted mason jars serving as flower vases.
