  • Dave & Andy's will always hold a special place in my heart. It was one of the first places I visited with my family when I came to Pitt. Their homemade waffle-cone and deliciously creamy ice-cream is always so good! They change their flavors almost daily, with a few exceptions that always remain on the menu. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. If you have time, definitely try to stop by. Be warned that around dinner time, a few hours before closing, there tends to be a line that goes out the window, but I've never waited more than 20 minutes personally.
