  • I bought a Groupon for 3 sessions, for two separate areas, in 2012. I had my first session with a very professional woman, who offered me the same Groupon rate if I needed to add more services. The entire staff was nice and welcoming. Not pretentious at all. Lo and behold, I become pregnant soon after my first visit. When I called, they informed me that they can't do lasers on pregnant people, and said it would be absolutely no problem to schedule again after I had the baby. Fast forward to having the baby... guess who was pregnant again? Yup. So I called and said, Gotta cancel that second appointment, I'm pregnant again. After a hearty bout of laughter at my foibles, the woman I spoke to said she would note my record that I could come back after I had Baby #2, even though the Groupon would have been expired by that point. So here I am at the beginning of 2015, after an unwanted C-section, finally being comfortable with the idea of a laser getting near my hideous and formerly painful scar. I call back and get transferred to a woman that tells me my Groupon has expired and I can't come in for the remaining two sessions, unless I want to purchase them separately, in a new pack of three, which is so cheap because it only comes out to $472.50 per area. OMG WHAT A DEAL LAWLZ. I tell her I can't afford to do that, so her response is to tell me that no other laser clinic is as good as theirs, starts telling me about their new technology, and keeps trying to sell me more sessions. I ask if there's anything that can be done, even if I just purchase one session and get the remaining two from my Groupon tacked on. She tells me that the woman I spoke with no longer works there so the previous oral contract I had with her is invalid. But! she said, I had babies, you know, so that was totally worth the cost of the Groupon, whatever the hell that means. So basically, this place sucks and I hate them.
