  • I bought a car only to realize on the way home it didn't have some of the features they told me it did. So I went back the next day and wasted three hours getting nowhere when two people over the phone told me they would work with me. Two people said the additional cost would be $700 and $1200 and $2200 and then a total of $4000 and the a-hole Of have a manager would not budge. He also told us we would have to pay tax on the whole amount again and not just the additional couple thousand dollars. I'm not even sure if that's legal. I am tempted to report the fact that he would charge us tax again to the better business bureau
