  • I foolishly tried to put in a SIM card on my phone and it became stuck inside. The Verizon Store couldn't fix it. I was dreading going to the Apple Store, which would've taken all afternoon. This store was nearby and I thought I'd give it a shot. The person behind the counter asked to take a look at it. It was fixed in a minute and they refused payment. I decided I wouldn't leave the store until I'd written them a review praising their professionalism, care for the customer, and recommending them to you.
