  • DO NOT BOOK WITH FRONTIER! THEY WORST AIRLINE ON THE PLANET! LAS VEGAS CHECK- IN (Mc Carran Int) WAS A TOTAL ABORTION!!! They treat travelers who contribute to the growth & success of their business with ridicule & bad taste. We are at the check in booth 50 min prior to flight. SIGNAGE READS must check in bags 40 min prior to flight. Yet we are advised we cannot check-in our luggage - we argue the verbiage on the sign. Manager call requested. Manager says NO. We are frustrated going off the posted signage. Agent corrects us quickly and states sign reads that but told actual POLICY requires we arrive 2 hrs before. Agent calls gate and the combined efforts of unhelpful, lazy, inconsiderate, untrained employees with low standards have made the group decision to re-book us. They re-book us for a flight that lands us in the middle of no where.... loose our luggage & steals 2 days away from our family vacation. HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS? I think Greyhound treats their travelers better then them. Do NOT give them one dime of your hard earned money. They don't respect it or deserve it
