  • We did an AC maintenance 2 weeks ago, and our AC broke down. It never happened before until Chas Roberts guy came. What is the maintenance for when they wouldn't guarantee their service? They wanted to charge me another 89usd for checking my AC again. The lady from Chas Roberts actually told me that's why she does her own AC maintenance. I'm writing this review so that people would think twice before having their service with them, I don't know why Home Depot still carry this company. Very poor service, I don't recommend Chas Roberts to anyone. Waste of money.
