  • I am a monthly user and I really like Hand&Stone, but I am writing this review because of Martin, who frequently answers calls and schedules massages. He is an absolute freaking gem. I'll start by saying I REALLY don't like talking on the phone - but for some reason when I talk to Martin I always end up with a smile on my face. He's amazing, helpful, funny... the list goes on. Keeping doing you, Martin! You are an absolute pleasure to work with. You make me like H&S more, and I am disappointed when I have to talk to anyone else.
