  • After living at Monaco Park Apartments for the past two years now, I feel it is necessary to write a fair review of my experience - there are two: 1) Monaco Park Apartments was previously owned by a company who could not take their heads out of their asses and did nothing to make my first 2 years a pleasant experience - Ashley and Vanessa had no clue how to operate effectively or efficiently which showed by the careless nature of management and how poorly kept the complex was. 2) Monaco Park Apartments is owned by a new company as of May 2017. My fiancee and I have had the pleasure of seeing outstanding improvements to not only management, but the condition of the property itself. The new company did the complex a service by hiring new staff. The assistant business manager, Susan, was a delight to speak with and able to answer all our concerns professionally. Before, I would not have even recommended Monaco Park Apartments to friends or family; however, with this new breath of fresh air I confidently state that this complex is deserving of new residents and will treat you well.
