  • This place has horrible customer service and the employees are very rude. My family came in here wanting to buy a hot pot, and found one advertised for $49.99. A worker went to get a new one in a box from the back for us, but when we went to the register the price came up as $75. We asked them why the price was different and showed them where the price was shown as $49.99, but they said the "barcode was different" even though they were the ones who gave us that hot pot and told us it was the same, so they wouldn't give it to us as the advertised price. We asked them to get us one with the right barcode and they left us waiting beside the registers for over an hour while they gave us the run around, checking out other customers. I'm not even sure if they bothered to look for one with the "right" barcode and were just keeping us waiting and expecting us to pay the higher price for their own mistake. Absolutely ridiculous, no apology was offered to us and they treated us a nuisance for wanting the price they advertised. Worst customer service ever and a huge waste of our time.
