  • I've lived here for almost 4 years. I moved into a 2 bedroom this year and I love all the closets and space I now have. We're towards the back, so it's quiet, which I love too. If I have a problem, the girls in the office are great. Always friendly and helpful. For maintenance issues, everything is fixed super quick, which is rare. They're upgrading the property with new landscape and paint which looks great too. New management took over a few years ago and there's a CAM fee attached to my water bill ($32), which goes to things around the property residents should not be responsible for. The pool is also 24 hours, which some may like, but I don't think is a good idea. I've looked at many other apartments in this area and this is the best one!
