  • Absolutely horrible. The owner needs to learn how to be nicer to all clients. She was extremely rude when I tried booking an appointment and was very defensive about honoring Groupons. She doesn't seem to be an effective communicator either because the nail tech seemed genuinely surprised she had a nail appointment with me. As a result, I waited 30 minutes for my appointment. This would have been fine if the nail tech was able to accommodate me and do the service I wanted. I probably would have been able to get a nail tech capable of the nail design I wanted had the owner taken a minute to listen to my request. At the time of booking I asked about getting someone who could do nail designs but the owner didn't care and said I'd have to wait until my appointment to ask. My nails came out okay but, I would have liked to be able to walk out with what I wanted. The nail tech was sweet but, not as thorough as my regular experiences at other places.
