| - Bought some cheese here this weekend, and, as usual, NOT disappointed.
Went home with a lovely piece of light swiss (1.99/100g) which was fantastic in sandwiches.
Also purchased a gorgeous and large ball of raw bufalla in water. So much bigger and better than comparable cheeses at say, Loblaws, or ever (my favourite) Fiesta Farms.
The cheese was creamy, rich, and just salty enough. Had it last night with an heirloom tomato, fresh basil, and some lovely olive oil and balsamic glaze. At 5.99 this bufalla was definitely a steal.
Also picked up some home made greek pressed yogurt. So much thicker and creamier than anything pre-packaged. Perfect for cooking or making paneer, even.
Love this place, highly reccommend.
