  • This place is amazing! I was given my ego kit as a gift from someone back East with one e liquid (a flavor I didn't like much but it did teach me that there is a HUGE DIFFERENCE in the quality and taste of e liquids). I visited 4 other vapor shops prior to Sin City. All 4 of them had a few people inside the shops in addition to the employees, but not one of them seemed to have any other paying customers. I will admit that those other shops / lounges were nicer in appearance but that's it. I asked for help right off the back at each vapor lounge and made sure to let them know that I was new to this and had never been in a vapor lounge prior to that day. I tried so many flavors and couldn't find even one that was close to the quality of the one that was sent to me from back east. You are reliant upon their staff to stand there and assist you by handing you whatever flavor you ask for. After three or four flavors they begin to make you feel like you are bothering them. Only 1 person out of the other 4 shops even asked me any questions and offered a few suggestions of flavors I might like and that wasn't until I was getting ready to leave.. Initially walking in the door at Sin City Vapor the first thing I noticed was how much better it smelled than the other 4 vapor shops / lounges. It was also a much smaller shop over all than the other 4 vapor shops were. However, it was welcoming, comfortable and felt pressure free. They have their samples set up so you can help yourself , take your time and try as many as you like. I will admit they were a little busy the entire time I was there. There was one person behind the counter helping people, her name is Natalie, and one person in the back making liquids. I was greeted right when I walked in the door not only by Natalie but also other customers waiting for their turn to be helped. What a difference from the other 4 vapor shops / lounges! Natalie came over and gave me a little plastic tip and a quick instructional on how to use the samples and let me know that she would be checking back with me but to let her know if I needed any help or had any questions. The first flavor I tried, cinnamon red hots, was exactly what I was looking for and the matched the quality of the one that was sent to me from back east. I sat there and continued trying flavors until I found 3 that I really liked at about which time it was my turn to be helped. Natalie could have just rang me up and let me leave with my 3 flavors and I would have been happy, but she didn't. She took the time to explain that they could customize their flavors to my liking. She asked me about the flavors I tried and liked then made some suggestions on additional flavors I might like. I did try some of her suggestions but ultimately stayed with my original 3. Before checking me out she also asked me some questions to determine my experience level with vaping. Once she found out that I was a beginner and hadn't even purchased my e go kit myself she gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it and take car of it properly etc. She also explained that the cartomizer I had was plastic and talked to me about using the cinnamon with it. Ultimately I left with my 3 e liquids and a new glass cartomizer and now know how to use and take care of my vaporizer. I couldn't be happier! I'm confident by the atmosphere and my experience that those that are more experienced with vaporizing are already customers here. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HIGHLY TO THOSE THAT ARE NEW TO VAPORIZING!
