| - Okay, so we've been to Levin a couple of times, mostly to look, as we really enjoy the selection. After my wife and I got married, we needed a bedroom set, and a larger mattress. We were able to try everything they had, and ended up purchasing a Serta iComfort Prodigy king size mattress. This was in Spring of 2013. Fast forward to now, and we moved and while setting up the mattress, we discovered mold on the bottom side. My first contact was to Serta, who then directed us to the store which we had purchased from. After a week or two, and with Serta encouraging us that it would be handled, the manager came back to us and said that, unfortunately, the store Serta rep said that it would not be covered under warranty... BUT, Levin themselves wanted to help us out. She credited us the full purchase price of the mattress and we were then able to go and select another mattress, with free delivery, and they even removed the old mattress. I am VERY impressed and grateful for this.
We purchased a few bedroom furniture items as well, and are now working on finishing the set.
Levin isn't a bad store, you just have to know how to shop them. We wait for certain sales and know that those "50%" off sales are at the "compare at" prices. There are good deals to be had, and we will always look to Levin first because of the way they took care of us.
