My appointment (10-11am) was missed by 5 hours. Called main number twice, the second call they offered a free repair as their appointment system had crashed delaying repairs. The tech that showed was professional and did a fine job with the repair, but didn't know about the offered free repair and charged me full price ($89). I find the service to be good as they go to your location and make the repair there. Very convenient, but the appointment miss was not good and 2 calls to obtain service was not good customer service either. This was my first use of this service, not sure if I would use again, but give them a try. Your experience might be better. Frustrated I paid full price when offered a free repair on second call due to their scheduling problems.
