  • The issues I have with Quest is the scheduling system. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment unless your are able to schedule months out. You can only make appointments online or via phone (automated system.) Due to this the vast majority of people end up coming in on a walk in basis. Oh Boy!!!! So if you come here as a walk in be sure you have time to wait because you will be waiting a very long time. The process... Everyone must sign-in both appointments and non-appointments. The people at the counter will then call people up according to this list. (Those with appointment will be called forward before non-appointment people.) at this time they will check you in (i.e. get your paperwork and insurance info.) Then you will sit and wait to be called back for your test. The Staff... The front desk staff was extremely rude. They messed up everyones name on the list. She had an attitude and while i was there was mean to a little old lady who was concerned because she was fasting and has diabates. I was appalled because that little old lady could have passed out. The staff in back was better but not by much. The first tech could not find my viens and the supervisor was the only tech that was skilled enough to draw my blood. Highly disappointing! I would not suggest anyone to get testing or blood work done here. Unfortunately for me both my insurance and doctors office has them as there preferred provider so I'm stuck. The waits are way long and the experience here is just frustrating.
