  • I've lived in Regency Towers for almost 5 years and think the 5 star rating I gave may be a bit high, but to off-set some of the bad review ratings that I have a very hard time understanding, I feel justified. I would actually rate the building as a 4 to 4.5-star because there are issues associated with an older building that pop up now & again. However, I really enjoy my neighbors. My family members and I feel very safe. The staff is very good. I love my surrounding verdant views of charming & immaculately kept homes enclosed within a beautiful golf course with lots and lots of trees. My family moved here from Hawaii and we find the mountains in the distance, palm trees, and the amazing skyline reminiscent of our old island home replicated here in the desert. I always suggest that visiting friends and family stay here in RT's very nice and clean guest rooms that is only a 10 to 15 minute Uber drive to the Strip.
