Absolutely, positively one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After finding the product we were thinking of buying, we went to the customer service counter to have it demoed. There were three young associates behind the counter laughing and joking around, and when one of them asked another to help us his reply was "That's not my department" and he walked away. The man that ended up assisting us was of no assistance at all, continued to goof around with another employee, and pretended not to know how to operate the item we were purchasing. I'm not kidding or exaggerating. Everyone's behavior was deplorable.
I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, and what I've noticed over the past 10-12 of those is the deterioration of decent customer service. Best Buy Chandler has very few favorable reviews. I'm shocked that no one in corporate has taken notice. I won't be giving them another buck.
