  • Stellar property, team, and an amazing general manager!!! Karl K, extraordinary general manager, leads a team of sincerely committed professionals! From check in to checkout & everything betwixt Karl's team handled matters professionally & exceeded Marriott's brand standards! I'd like to specifically extend special remarks about the following team members: - Monica, front desk professional, - Monica saw me waiting & came over to escort me to the front to check in, acknowledged & thanked me for my platinum premier status, & overall made me feel valued & welcome; great start! I interacted with Monica a couple more times during my stay & she handled everything brilliantly! Thank you, Monica! - Regina, breakfast concierge lounge attendant, - Regina is always smiling & working furiously to clear/clean tables & restock! - Elena W., sales manager, Elena was passing through the club lounge looking for particular guests. I was chatting with Lynne, who's awesome too!; Elena joined our conversation & we've exchanged a couple 'a emails. I work on the road all year (360? or more nights per year in a hotel) & would love to work w/Elena on a group deal! -Katie/Katherine, server (red uniform) in your bar/lounge is great! She waited on me one afternoon for a late lunch; her upbeat spirit lights up the place! Look no further than Renaissance Las Vegas on apropos Paradise ;-) Rd. for elegant accommodations!
