  • I was invited by my employer to get a massage at the spa. While the spa was nice and the massage was wonderful. The service afterwards was terrible. We were escorted personally to the pool to be able to have lunch. Not once, twice but 3 different times we were accosted to why were we trying to eat at the pool since we didnt have a room there. Advised we just came from the spa and spent several hundred dollars there and were escorted by the staff to the location. 3 different occasions of complete rudeness. I will take my business to another resort from now on.
