Pho-ntastic! I found this place one day and just decided to try a new place, apparently it has been around for 3 years. Just nevered ventured out this far before for pho. It's quite a find! I enjoyed the pho alot, the beef was tender and melted, the soup was flavorful and the oodles were cooked just right "al dente phoodles". I'm a stickler on fresh Basil though and I know unlike California, basil isn't that fresh out here, so i'm not gonna pick on that. The fresh spring rolls had really fresh leafy lettuce in it and tasted good. I would definitely come back again. The owner Eric was pretty honest and professional. Shows in his restaurant. Clean and well managed with good quality of food at reasonable value.
