| - I really recommend this tour company if you happen to visit Toronto. They have about 20 stops throughout the city and its surrounding area in every hour. Really easy to find at each stop (look for the sign of "City Sighseeing Tour" by the side road. The two stories red color bus makes it easy to spot on.
Their stops includes many of top attractions in Toronto such as CN Tower, Casa De Loma, Museums, St. Lawrence Market, Little Italy, Chinatown, etc.
When you first walked into the bus,the tour guide assistant and the driver were there to greet you. They asked for my tickets, then they asked to picked which section I'd like to sit (outdoor - 2nd floor) or indoor. If you did not purchase the tickets in advance, no worry, you could always purchase it when you get into the bus.
The bus was clean, well kept, and some of them had tables which was useful. They gave me a huge maps with details information of their stops, with picture and explanation of each attractions. Very helpful and easy to read map. They also gave me a headphones to listen to the live guided tour show. They also have 5 other languages transalation for the tour.
Our tour guide was very informative and funny. She was able to incorporating the old with the new for many of the historic building stories. She also teaches us how to say Toronto like the locals.
The fact that none of the power outlet was working on any of the busses was the only reason I gave it a four stars. When I called the office to purchase the tickets, they told me they have power outlets but none of them are working. After taking pictures and videos all day, this feature is essential for tourist.
Don't forget to tip the driver, assistant and the tour guide since it is not included in the price. Also Fyi, if you buy tickets through a 3rd party seller, you can redeem your voucher at their center before going to the bus or you can opt to do it in the bus.
