  • Horrible! Carmen was on the phone will she did my hair, not only that but she cut off way more than she was told. My hair was at my lower back, I told her to cut it leaving it mid back, however, being the know it all hairstylists that many believe to be, she decided to cut it right below my SHOULDERS. When I felt her cut it, I asked her how much she had cut off, she said that my hair was still long and to not worry. Well, I was definitely worried because by the time I got out of there my long beautiful hair was gone. If you're going to go to her be sure you watch what she's doing.
