TERRIBLE!!!RUDE Service technician! Technicians never introduce themselves. Home warranty company scheduled this company to repair our oven and microwave. BDM said there was nothing wrong with the oven even though Southwest gas had recently done an inspection and told us otherwise. During the second visit, during the repair there was a noise that could be heard that was not there prior to them working on our microwave. The tech told us that since everything was working the warranty company would not do anything about it. A phone call to the warranty company.. and a third visit. On the third trip to repair our microwave technician raised his voice yelling at my husband telling him there was nothing wrong "what do you want us to do about this" and that he has been doing this job for 23 years and his 14 year old son could do the job. So after 3 visits the microwave turntable is now working but there is a loud noise that they will not fix!
