| - I have never been so disappointed in the customer service I received after paying $700, yes $700! I hired MM to clean my house after tenants moved out. I have to say most of the cleaning was not bad, however my house (and plants) was extremely dusty. I specifically had asked the girls to dust and clean the baseboards. When called to express my dissatisfaction the next day, Alma stated: "The girls told me you were going to be a problem the second they got to your house". Nice, right? Then she went on how the plants were too dusty to dust and I needed to take them outside and hose them down. These are nice artificial plants/trees with wooden bases that are not made to be wet! I asked if they could come back and dust and she said no, they don't dust plants. Hello....do you own a duster?? Well I now do because I had to go out and buy one to do it myself after paying $700! Then I told Alma a lot of other things were still dirty or not vacuumed. She got aggressive with me and told me the girls couldn't clean because my husband was home as well as my dog. (The other dog was in a crate in the middle of a large room so apparently they couldn't clean that room.) I was shocked to hear my husband being home in our 5000 sq ft house was one of the reasons they couldn't clean. I mean does every house need to be vacant to clean it??? I was never told of this if so. Then Alma said there were painters there so that they couldn't clean...the painters were done when the girls got there and were then outside but Alma continued to argue with me that's why they couldn't clean, them and my husband in their way. After fighting with her, yes yelling and screaming at other, she sent the girls back the next day to finish for an hour. The girls were rude, probably because I complained, and wouldn't take of their black sneakers like I had asked. I basically gave up and let them do whatever it was they were doing, because once again I was told they would not dust. I had to ask 3 times for them to clean my remote basket. The look I got when I asked, unacceptable. Don't even waste your free minutes calling this company. Alma was mean, aggressive and fighting with me. I wish I could post my photos to show their great work...I have never been treated so badly and I was honestly nice calling to see if they could come back to finish what I wasn't happy with. $700 and all of this? MM should be ashamed of themselves.
