What, did she think I was going to hop the counter? I am not crazy or stupid! So, Medallion, re-train your staff from Pat to your asst. property manager in sensitivity training and maybe eye contact and ya, smiling would be nice. Oh, and when a tenant pays rent a thank you would be nice.
