rev:text	Well. I booked the last session of the FBI Escape Room at 8:00pm. Monday. When I booked online, they told me to *please read term and conditions before arriving (couldn't find them or read, please send them now!!)... we arrive at 8:05 and spoke to the person in charge before by phone that we were late... we were received with a very bad attitude telling us that the clock had already started. The staff in charge read us the instructions that nobody could understand because he was in a rush I guess ( why ? The clock was already ticking) and we lost 7 -10 minutes of the activity. Very bad experience. Staff with no criterion!
