  • Anyone who rates this place more than 1 star is affiliated with the company. I have a perfect payment record with them and their system mistakenly flagged my account as delinquent, which I was not informed of until after it impacted my credit score. The rep, Mike, yelled at me and insinuated that I was lying and trying to trick them into waiving the delinquent amount even though he had just read me the list of charges and not a single one was unaccounted for.
