  • THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I called ahead to make sure there was an opening to get a new set of acrylics and they told me they could take me now. When I showed up no one knew what I was talking about and after 10 minutes someone finally took me back. This lady is the worst nail tech I've ever come in contact with. She was literally ripping my old acrylics off (including 2 of my real nails) and cut me several times. I had to keep pulling my hands away and told her to stop and she continued to not only ignore me, but hurting me. I walked out. My nails looked like I had been attacked by a rabid animal. I still cannot believe the horrible customer service and the fact that this lady even has a nail tech license at all.
