  • This fish store and their manager Jason just saved my fish's life! My husband and I are driving cross country from California to Texas and stopped in Phoenix to spend the night. Every fish store in California was telling us to get a Styrofoam cooler to transport our fish Ivan, a really big sucker fish. Well the Styrofoam cooler started to sweat and we lost a good amount of water in the cooler over night, plus all the styrofoam cooler were small and this one wasn't big enough. Not only did Jason give us excellent advice on putting him in a heavy plastic cooler instead, he also gave us a few gallons of free freshwater, tied a rock to the aerator so it would stay down in the water, and gave us some tape to make sure the lid stayed on. If we ever move to Phoenix you best believe this will be the only fish store I go to. The people here are not only knowledgeable but they really do care about your fish. 1 million stars #pray4Ivan #2daystilTexas
