  • terrible customer service team sucks dont use compass bank ive been a member for 5 years and they can never help out on any problems they cause me they were supposed to close my debit card because of fraud charges come to find out it took them a week and all my money was gone and at the worst time of the year christmas so i had to wait a week to get my money back and they said there is nothing they can do for me this went on for a month and a half horrible service
